of course cnn decided we would air it. i called to ask why he said that. "this just needs to end, it's gone too far." are there enough questions if you were the person deciding for doj, should there be an investigation opened into this investigation of the death? >> definitely. >> no question about it? >> no question about it. >> former fbi agent and now private investigator harold copus thank you. >> fascinating interview. you've been all over the story. >>> something disturbing is happening in new york, we are seeing protests in the streets of new york because of it, demonstrators say they will not be intimidated by dramatic anti-gay hate crimes in a city that has one of the largest populations in the country. next we'll look at what is being done to keep people safe. but there are a lot of people that do ride the bus. and now that the busses are running on natural gas, they don't throw out as much pollution to the earth. so i feel good. i feel like i'm doing my part to help out the environment. accomplishing even little things can become major victories
